Refund policy

All customized items and sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.  We accept returns on full-price, non-personalized products within 30 days of purchase. 

All items must be in their original condition– unworn and unwashed– with tags attached, when applicable to be eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any items sent back to CG Lane that are ineligible for return will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
