Shipping policy

Customized items are carefully stitched and have a 2-3 week lead time.  Curated items typically ship within 3-5 business days.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of public US holidays.

Please note that if your order contains both custom and curated items, it will ship in one package once custom items have been completed.  

All orders are shipped from our workroom in Marshville, North Carolina. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is fulfilled.  

We want to send you your order ASAP,  however, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.  We thank you for your support and patience! Kindly note that once USPS has received your package, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur.
